AQ-7 Automatic Strapping Machine

The AQ-7 is an economical version of the RQ-8 strapping machine with the ability to reliably run 5mm and 6mm strapping, assuring perfect strap placement and alignment. Consistent tension is applied with a tension arm system. The AQ-7 features the same lubrication free operation as the RQ-8. Using cost efficient 3-phase power, the motors run only when necessary. Capable of 27 straps per minute, the AQ-7 offers proven reliability and durability at an affordable price.

AQ-7m Automatic Strapping Machine

In the moisture-laden environments of poultry, meat and seafood processing, the AQ-7M is the most durable strapping machine available. All the parts on the AQ-7M are made of stainless steel or water-resistant materials. The bottom of the cabinet is reinforced to provide extra protection where moisture exposure is greatest. An internal heat lamp assists in evaporating whatever moisture accumulates inside the machine. The sealing head is side mounted to protect it from moisture and residue. The AQ-7M can strap boxes as small as 80mm or 3 1/8″ high. The roller table height is adjustable and can be removed to fit the AQ-7M into an existing conveyor system. Tension arm system on the AQ-7M assures positive and accurate tensioning of damp strapping. Available in fully automatic configurations.

AQ-7RS Automatic Strapping Machine

The AQ-7RS is especially designed for the strapping of long objects such as pipes, lumbers or ring-shaped objects such as coils and tires. The arch rotates 90 degree and is stored inside the body after cycle completion.

CUD Automatic Strapping Machine

Cradle mounted strapping heads provide easy and safe access for servicing. An optional third strapping head can be ordered with the machine or easily upgraded in-plant later to the two standard, high tension strapping heads that are mounted originally. The high tension sealing heads are capable of up to 179kgsf (396lbsf) strap tension. Electric compression up to 9,900lbs. provides more level, stable loads. A touch-pad operation panel provides simple operation. Available with an internal turntable and powered roller conveyors.

F-18 Automatic Strapping Machine

As the world’s fastest strapping machine, the F-18 does 80 cycles per minute. With an internal wheel for a compact fit, it is convenient for tight areas. The reel rotation is stopped by an electromagnetic reel brake. It also has an integrated foot bar, height adjustment, and an end-of-strap ejection. Its eco-friendly design uses 50% less power than the RQ-8x.

F-18FB Automatic Strapping Machine

A fully automated model of the F-18, the F-18FB allows for easy integration to existing productions lines. The smaller sealing head allows for packages as small as W100 × H50 × L150 mm (W4 x H2 x L6 in). Optional photo-eye sensors can also allow a customization of a variety of strap placements. JK-5000 Automatic Strapping Machine

StraPack’s JK-5 has been improved considerably and transformed into the JK-5000 with the same affordability. The JK-5000 can achieve up to 37 straps/minute, while maintaining all the benefits of the JK-5, such as a 110 Volt power supply, simple strap width adjustment from 5mm to 15.5mm (5/8in), auto re-feed, loop ejection and small footprint. Another new feature to the JK-5000 is a self-diagnostic programmable microprocessor which continuously monitors critical electrical functions. Should an electrical problem arise, the monitoring panel immediately displays the function affected to take the guess work out of troubleshooting, making restoration more efficient.

JK-5000SUS Automatic Strapping Machine

The JK-5000SUS is ideal for low volume applications in food and medical industries where sanitation and minor moisture exposure is a concern. The JK-5000SUS is a bottom seal model which boasts a stainless steel body. The critical components such as the cutters and rollers are composed of stainless steel in order to withstand water exposure. All external screws and fasteners are stainless steel. The bottom of the body cabinet is reinforced and shielded to provide extra protection where moisture exposure is greatest.

RQ-8A Automatic Strapping Machine

The RQ-8A is available in 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 tabletop belt configurations to match various package sizes. (Roller conveyor version also available). The conveyor speed is variable, up to 29.4 m or 98 feet per minute on standard machines and as an option the speed can be increased to 40 m or 132 feet per minute. It incorporates a 1650mm x 500mm (65″ x 20″) arch, top compression, variable speed conveyor and runs 5mm or 6mm (1/4″) strap to facilitate the requirements of corrugated container production. For production settings with high output requirements, the RQ-CR/FB is now available with a dual strap dispenser and automatic strap coil transfer system. This newly developed system is designed to prevent any costly production stoppages due to strap coil changes. The model RQ-8CR is also available with a driven roller conveyor table.

RQ-8CSD Automatic Strapping Machine

RQ-8CSD is a corrugated bundler with a squaring device. Straightens and straps up to 30 bundles/min.with an adjustable conveyor speed of up to 60 m/min.(196 ft./min.) that allows you to maximize line productivity. The bundles are squared from all four sides. Bundles are strapped straight, eliminating additional operator handling at the load building station and improving throughput. The strapping machine can be pulled out of the whole system, which will make the maintenance easy. And, it can be replaced with the spare machine, which will reduce downtime. Also, the strapping machine itself can be used as the stand-alone RQ-8CR/FR.

RQ-8DS Automatic Strapping Machine

The ease of operation, high speed operation, and minimal maintenance costs of the RQ-8 strapping machine is now available with in a tandem head configuration. This double-strapping head configuration can be operated independently or programmed to cycle with the synchronization needed for high volume product movement. The built-in head redundancy allows production to continue when one system has been removed for scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

RQ-8GL Automatic Strapping Machine

The RQ-8GL combines the features of the UW-170 with the reliability of the RQ-8x. The ultra-thin polypropylene strap combines the strength of polypropylene strapping and the flexibility of film tape. With a width of 19mm (3/4″), the strap can be placed neatly around the package without damage.

RQ-8HE Automatic Strapping Machine

The RQ-8HE is designed to strap pallet loads horizontally. Each unit is made to order according to the required specification in each application. RQ-8LD/LS Automatic Strapping Machine

When your applications require a low conveyor height and a bottom seal strapping machine, the RQ-8 low table models are the perfect machines. With a cabinet height of only 432mm or 17″, the RQ-8L is unique. Unlike side-seal machines, the package does not have to be shifted against the sealing head. Products longer than approx. 914mm or 36″ can be strapped automatically by interlocking a standard RQ-8L to adjacent powered conveyor. For shorter packages, the RQ-8L can be built with the powered belt tabletops and automation features of the RQ-8A series.

RQ-8N Automatic Strapping Machine

The reliability, speed, ease of operation and low maintenance of the RQ-8 strapping machines are now available in a fully-automatic model designed to serve the high-speed printing/publication applications. At 54 cycles per minute, the RQ-8N has a throughput of up to 40 bundles per minute. RQ-8N2 Automatic Strapping Machine

The RQ-8N2 can interface with any fully automatic strapping machine, including the RQ-8N1 and RQ-8N1W, to apply strap lengthwise without adding a bundle turning equipment. The RQ-8N2 can be used alone as well. It is one of the fastest machines in its class. Utilizing the new high speed sealing head, this cross strapping system is capable of up to 30 bundles per minute. RQ-8Y Automatic Strapping Machine

It is easy to slide the RQ-8Y out of the conveyor system when service is required. Several options are available to make it easy to integrate the RQ-8Y into a conveyor system. An end of cycle interlock signals the conveyor system to restart. Out of strap or cycle error signals warn that the strapping machine requires operator attention. RQ-8YAO Automatic Strapping Machine

The StraPack RQ-8YAO is an automatic, side seal strapping machine that straps palletized products. The machine is compatible with PP or PET strap. The RQ-8YAO can be a stand-alone unit or be integrated into a packaging line. The arch sword penetrates the pallet void and straps the product to the pallet. RQ-7000M Tandem Automatic Strapping Machine

SQ-800 Automatic Strapping Machine

Introducing StraPack’s new line of strapping machine, the SQ-800 with brushless DC motor. The SQ-800 provides better efficiency without compromising the reliability of the legendary RQ-8x.

Standard strapping rate is 55 straps/min, even when tension is applied. The machine is ready to operate in less than 25 seconds, contributing to increased packaging line efficiencies.

The SQ-800 offers different modes of tensioning system which can be selected according to the application requirements. A wide range of tension is available via a digitally controlled tension dial. Tension capability is up to 80kgf or 176lbf (equivalent of 150mm or 6” stroke). Unlike many other machines in the market, tension does not compromise the cycle speed.

SQ-800IR Automatic Strapping Machine

With the coil located inside the machine, the SQ-800IR takes up the space of a string tyer. The SQ-800IR is designed for users with limited working space, such as those in graphic arts, magazine/newspaper distribution, laundry, and the direct mail industry. It runs inexpensive 5mm, 6mm or 9mm strapping. Mail flats easily fit into the 650mm (27″) wide by 400mm (16″) high arch. The angled sides of the SQ-800IR arch support the sides of mail trays during strapping. With the addition of a programmable photocell, the operator is free to use both hands on the package and can apply one or two straps without using a hand switch or foot pedal.

SQ-800IR3 Automatic Strapping Machine

The newly designed special high-speed sealing head can achieve 51 bundles per minute without compromising the tension strength. With the integrated foot pedal under the body, as well as an internal reel, the SQ-800IR3 offers a safe operation. The handles on both sides of the machine body, together with oversized casters, make the machine easy to maneuver in a limited space.
