CUD Strapping System

The high tension sealing heads are capable of up to 179kgsf (396lbsf) strap tension. Electric compression up to 9,900lbs. provides more level, stable loads. A touch-pad operation panel provides simple operation. Available with an internal turntable and powered roller conveyors.
RQ-8CSD Strapping System
RQ-8CSD is a corrugated bundler with a squaring device. Straightens and straps up to 30 bundles/min.with an adjustable conveyor speed of up to 60 m/min.(196 ft./min.) that allows you to maximize line productivity. The bundles are squared from all four sides. Bundles are strapped straight, eliminating additional operator handling at the load building station and improving throughput. The strapping machine can be pulled out of the whole system, which will make the maintenance easy. And, it can be replaced with the spare machine, which will reduce downtime. Also, the strapping machine itself can be used as the stand-alone RQ-8CR/FR.
RQ-8N Strapping System
The reliability, speed, ease of operation and low maintenance of the RQ-8 strapping machines are now available in a fully-automatic model designed to serve the high-speed printing/publication applications. At 54 cycles per minute, the RQ-8N has a throughput of up to 40 bundles per minute. In addition to the standard features, such as easy strap loading, auto re-feed, loop ejection and lubrication free operation, the RQ-8N is equipped with optional dual strap dispensers and an Automatic Coil Changer that allows continuous operation even after a coil of strap runs out. Pneumatic side and front squaring combined with a soft bundle press as well as Automatic Tension Control insure bundle integrity. The variable speed conveyor with inverter control provides easy integration into any automated line and the flexibility to maximize line productivity. As an optional feature, the operator friendly touch screen panel provides easy operation. On screen prompts guide you through the adjustable settings for the press and squaring devices and also provides production and trouble history logs.
RQ-8N2 Strapping System
The RQ-8N2 can interface with any fully automatic strapping machine, including the RQ-8N1 and RQ-8N1W, to apply strap lengthwise without adding a bundle turning equipment. The RQ-8N2 can be used alone as well. It is one of the fastest machines in its class. Utilizing the new high speed sealing head, this cross strapping system is capable of up to 30 bundles per minute. With a detachable reel unit, the cross strapping system fits even in narrow line configurations.
RQ-8RS Strapping System
The RQ-8RS series machines are equipped with open-close arch structure which makes it possible to strap long objects (e.g. lumber) from the side or to strap donut-shaped objects such bundles of tires, hoses, tubes, wires and tapes through the center. Multiple machines can be synchronized to apply the desired number of straps simultaneously speeding production.
SAP7-OLAO Strapping System
The SAP7-OLAO is designed to strap pallet loads vertically. Each unit is made to order according to the required specifications in each application. Arch unit opens and penetrates through pallet voids. Vertical straps secure load to pallet without restricting forklift access.
SAP7-OLHE Strapping System
The SAP7-OLHE is designed to strap pallet loads horizontally. Each unit is made to order according to the required specifications in each application. Elevating component ensures that strap is applied at precise predetermined positions. Horizontal strapping prevents deformation of pallet load and provides safety during handling and transportation.
